Return Policy
45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal
is your total satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, neither are we. If
for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase2,
simply return it in its original condition within 45 days (14 days on
certain items3), and we'll give you a full refund. It's that simple.
Just return it along with your receipt, manual and all original
packaging for exchange or refund.

For Internet requests, please contact us at online support and have the
competing website address (preferably the specific product page URL)
included for our representative. We'll verify the online pricing and
product description, brand name, availability, and relative price and
product specifications. Due to manufacturer restrictions, some products
are excluded from this guarantee. Please ask a sales representative for
details or contact us at online support. Advertised items must be
factory-sealed new product. Demo models, factory seconds, sale items,
discontinued merchandise, and floor samples not included. Items must be
advertised, and verifiable on the web or in a local or national paper,
magazine, or catalog by an authorized dealer (you may be required to
email or fax a copy of the competitor's offer). Gigomania.com will
match combined or multiple offers at its sole discretion.

Due to certain legal and health restrictions, computer software
(copyright legislation mandates no returns on opened software), books,
videos, CDs, harmonicas, internal earphones, earplugs, and microphones
are exempt from this policy. Computers, DJ cartridges and styli, fog
fluid, cleaning products, opened strings, tubes are also exempt, as are
any items special ordered from a manufacturer for a specific customer.

There is a 14-day return period on the following items: Recording
devices - multitrack and mixdown, DJ mixers, turntables, and CD
players, studio monitors, pro workstation keyboards, rackmount signal
processors, fog machines and lighting effects. Gigomania.com only
accepts returns made within the first 45 days from shipment (14 days on
certain items3). Should you find it necessary to return any
merchandise, it must be shipped within the specified guarantee period.
Please follow the return instructions printed on the back of your
invoice. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number,
be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and
owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the
return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Credit card order returns are issued a credit for purchase price.
Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and
handling charges.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Gigomania product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Gigomania reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Gigomania reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Gigomania shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Gigomania without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Gigomania products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Gigomania's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Gigomania may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Gigomania or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
